The programme works like this:
We discuss what you want to achieve and set specific goals with realistic targets based of your weight management desires. The targets will initially be short term building up to longer term success with a focus on changing your relationship with food. Hypnosis will be used to replace old beliefs about food and exercise with new positive ones.

Each session will focus on your success and where you may have struggled. Through hypnosis you will refocus and reaffirm your commitment to achieving success, continually reinforcing the aims of weight management which are long term changes and new habits to look after yourself.
As sessions progress we will also look at your eating habits and through hypnotherapy investigate whether there are any hidden barriers which can be identified and resolved. Many peoples attitude to food is deeply rooted in their psyche and your subconscious may well be trying to defeat your efforts.
